Imagine waking to the sound of a calling loon. Later, with the sun shining brilliantly above, you glide your canoe across a pond while casting out your line. In the winter, you hear the wind rustling tree branches as you load your gear to head to nearby cross-country and downhill ski areas. Later, as the snow swirls outside, you sit in front of your glowing fireplace and recap the day's adventures.

Welcome to Windover at Great Pond, located in Maine's Belgrade Lakes region.

Each of the 16 newly constructed, architecturally designed lodge-type homes offers year-round living in a community setting. Owners can choose from three layouts, each with roughly 1,600 square feet of living space, and all with classic red-cedar shingle exteriors and the option of a full heating system for year-round enjoyment.
